Once you have chosen your template design you will be presented with a page that requires you to enter your details into each field. You will have a choice of two field types; Image, which will require you to upload images from your computer, using the browser button to find them. The other field type is Text, we have suggested what you may like to enter in these fields but you may enter any data you wish. On text fields as you move to the next field the data will automatically appear on the card template, depending on the browser that you are using to see images you will need to click on the preview ID card button, it will take a short while for the images to upload then a full representation of the card will be shown.

If you are designing a number of cards with the same information then under the field that you wish to remain constant click the check box next to "store details for next card". Once you have created this card please click on "save changes and create another ID", when the screen refreshes fields that have been fixed will remain with this data.

Once you have finished then click on "create order".

 

If you have a design that is very specific then please contact us and we will be more than happy to discuss adding this card template to your account. There is one off charge for this service, £45 per template.

Before the end of the first quarter 2008 the service to design your card from a blank template will be available


Question: Images for Photo's and Logo's

 

Using the Browse button will allow you to search your computer to look for the images that you require.

Images you require to be used on the templates provided should be configured in the following manner.

Photo's

Any box that has been created on our templates for the insertion of a photograph has been configured to accept images in an aspect ratio of 4:5. This means that the width should be 80 percent of the height. provided the original image is configured in this format then our software will handle the reduction, maintaining the aspect ratio.

Logo's

Due to the nature of logo's coming in different shapes and sizes the system will increase the image to fit the size box that is provided.
